Villa: The house is indipendent with private pool, located in a secluded position with beautiful panoramic view. The house is made of two floors. The house can sleep up to 8+2 in 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground-floor there is the main living room, a second smaller living room with TV-sat, the dining room with kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a separate small bathroom, a studio with two singles beds.The kitchen is equipped with dish-washer, electric oven, microwave oven and all domestic tools. On the first floor there is a secondary entrance from the garden, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two more double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, one extra room full of wardrobes. The pool is pre-fabricated, the size is 6x3, the deep is 1,10 meter, the shape is oval. It is located under the house (not far from the house). It is for the exclusive use of the people staying at the house. The location of the house is secluded and very panoramic position, 11 km far from the historical centre of Lucca, 40 km far from the international airporto of Pisa, 25km far from the versilian beaches as Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago Pucini, Viareggio. The garden is equipped with bbq, table and chairs.

The second floor has 9 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a shower. The house comfortably accommodates 12 people and provides all the modern amenities for outmost comfort. The interior is well-appointed in every detail, yet cosy and warm, to recreate the homely atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is located a living room with two comfortable sofas, of which one is a queen size sofa bed and two armchairs, equipped with satellite TV, video and DVD player, PlayStation2 and Internet ADSL; a spacious kitchen/dining area for up to 12 persons, provided with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher and four-burner stove (methane gas).
